GREEN MONSTER

The Green Monster portable sawmill brings together the best features of the Vallée family’s 25 years of innovation and improvement. The Green Monster is built for prolonged and rigorous use with its ergonomic design, increased sawing capacity and frame rollers that will allow you to move logs and boards effortlessly. This sawmill is designed to handle logs up to 35 inches in diameter and a maximum length of 21 feet. Is that not enough for you? We offer the possibility to extend the frame up to 34 feet long in a single piece of jointless tubular steel.

The Green Monster comes standard with 4 levelers along with 4 log clamps. This setup allows you to saw two logs simultaneously or saw at the front while edging boards at the back in a single pass. It is also equipped with a hydraulic blade tensioner for quick and easy adjustment. The Green Monster features electric cutting height adjustment and a heavy-duty 2” x 6” x ³⁄₁₆” tubular steel welded frame, making it extremely sturdy and guaranteeing precise cuts. The Big Red is also equipped with a powerful Honda engine, providing reliable performance day after day.

Every Vallee portable sawmill is designed to be both efficient and easy to use. Our portable sawmills are incredibly easy to set up, transport and use. Our Vallee’s exclusive One-Step-Go technology allows to activate the engine, blade and lubricant as well as brake removal in a single motion. They are designed to make the process of sawing logs into lumber a simple and easy task. All of our Vallee portable sawmills are delivered pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the factory.
