If a machine presents a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, the customer may be eligible for a free return, subject to inspection and approval under our Warranty Policy.
Conditions:
The defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery
The issue must be confirmed as a warranty-covered defect
The machine must not have been modified, misused, or improperly maintained
Once approved, Vallee Forestry Equipment will determine whether the issue will be resolved through repair, part replacement, or return, in accordance with the warranty terms.
After the initial 30-day period:
No refunds or returns are accepted
All claims are handled strictly under the Warranty Policy
Repairs or part replacements are the sole remedies available
Under warranty coverage:
Defective parts may be repaired or replaced at our discretion
Replacement parts are provided only if approved under warranty conditions
Labor, travel, and shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified in the warranty agreement
We strongly prefer that the machine remains with the customer during the repair process.
Whenever possible:
Repairs will be completed on-site, or
Replacement parts will be shipped for installation
Returning a complete machine is considered only in exceptional cases and requires prior written authorization from Vallee Forestry Equipment.
The warranty and return policy do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, improper operation, or lack of maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused during transport that is not reported immediately upon delivery
All decisions regarding defects, repairs, part replacements, or returns are made by Vallee Forestry Equipment in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
